Cincinnati Modern Quilt Guild Sew-In

Yesterday we had our first sew-in at Sue's amazingly awesome house.  Her basement was the perfect place to host this event - so sunny and big and lots of table space to spread out. There were about 10 people there, all working on different projects.  Some of us came to just get away for a little vacation and some were there to get 5 hours of uninterrupted sewing time to start or finish a project.  The sounds of chatter, laughing and sewing machines whirring were delightful and soothing.  Sue made lunch and some of us brought snacks and sweets.  Great day, great event and great gals.  Love, love, love my quilt gals!

  1. I'm jealous. I don't think Dayton has a modern quilt guild. Sniff.
